PHOENIX DDR/Anti-PD-L1 Trial: A Pre-surgical Window of Opportunity and Post-surgical Adjuvant Biomarker Study of DNA Damage Response Inhibition With or Without Anti-PD-L1 Immunotherapy in Patients With Neoadjuvant Treatment Resistant Residual Triple Negative Breast Cancer
This study looks at new treatments for triple negative breast cancer that hasn't fully responded to initial chemotherapy. We're testing if medicines, given briefly before surgery, can start to shrink the cancer or change it in helpful ways.
For: Breast Neoplasm · Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) · HRDUnited Kingdom - Ongoing, recruitingTherapeutic exploratory (Phase II)
A Modular Phase 2a Multicentre Open-Label Study to Investigate DNA-damage Response Agents (or Combinations) in Patients With Advanced Cancer Whose Tumours Contain Molecular Alterations (PLANETTE)
This study is looking into new treatments for advanced cancer with specific genetic changes. It's testing two drugs, AZD6738 and Ceralasertib, to see how well they shrink tumours and if they are safe. It's for adults whose cancer has spread.
For: Advanced Cancer Whose Tumours Contain Molecular AlterationsFrance - Ongoing, recruitingTherapeutic exploratory (Phase II)
Precision Immuno-Oncology for advanced Non-small cell lung cancer patients with PD-1 ICI Resistance (PIONeeR clinical study)
This study is for adults with a type of advanced lung cancer (non-small cell lung cancer) that has stopped responding to previous immune-boosting treatments. It's testing new combinations of medicines to see if they can help control the cancer, looking at how many people's cancer stops growing or shrinks after 12 weeks.
For: non small cell lung cancerFrance
