A Phase 1/2 Dose-Escalation and Dose-Expansion Study of ZN-c3 in Combination with Niraparib and ZN-c3 Monotherapy in Subjects with Platinum-resistant Ovarian Cancer.
This study is testing different ways to use a new drug called azenosertib (also known as ZN-c3) for women with ovarian cancer that has become resistant to common treatments. It aims to find the safest and most effective dose, whether used alone or with another drug called niraparib.

Z0011001-A PHASE 1/2, OPEN-LABEL, MULTI-CENTER STUDY OF ZN-c3 ADMINISTERED IN COMBINATION WITH ENCORAFENIB AND CETUXIMAB IN ADULTS WITH METASTATIC COLORECTAL CANCER
This study is testing a new combination of medicines for people with bowel cancer that has spread. We want to see if a new drug called Azenosertib, given with two existing drugs (Encafenib and Cetuximab), is safe and helps shrink the cancer. This is an early-stage study.
