COPD - Eosinophil-guided Reduction of Inhaled Corticosteroids (COPERNICOS)

This study looks at how well different types of azithromycin (an antibiotic) work for people with a lung condition called COPD. We want to see if these medicines can reduce how often people are hospitalised or pass away within a year.
