Optimising Azithromycin Prevention Treatment in COPD to Reduce Exacerbations
This study looks at how best to use azithromycin to prevent flare-ups in people with COPD. It compares continuing the medicine, stopping it completely, or stopping it only during summer months, to see which approach works best for patients.

Periscope Phase C Bordetella Pertussis Human Challenge Study With Delayed Antibiotic Therapy for 6 Weeks
This study looks at how the body handles the germ that causes whooping cough. Healthy volunteers get a small amount of the germ, and doctors watch to see how long it stays, when symptoms appear, and how antibiotics work after a delay. The aim is to learn more about this common illness.
