Study to Compare Bictegravir/Lenacapavir Versus Current Therapy in People With HIV-1 Who Are Successfully Treated With Biktarvy
This study looks at switching HIV-1 positive people who are stable on Biktarvy to a new combination treatment called bictegravir/lenacapavir. We want to see if this new treatment works just as well and is safe.

Study to Compare an Oral Weekly Islatravir/Lenacapavir Regimen With Bictegravir/Emtricitabine/Tenofovir Alafenamide in Virologically Suppressed People With HIV-1
This study is looking at a new once-a-week tablet for people with HIV. It compares switching to this new tablet (islatravir/lenacapavir) with continuing their usual daily treatment (bictegravir/emtricitabine/tenofovir alafenamide). It aims to see if the new weekly tablet is safe and works just as well for people whose HIV is already well controlled.
