A Randomised, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Parallel Group Study to Assess the Effect of Baxdrostat on Ambulatory Blood Pressure in Participants with Resistant Hypertension.
This study is testing a new medication called Baxdrostat for people whose high blood pressure is difficult to control, even with several other medicines. We want to see if Baxdrostat can significantly lower blood pressure over 12 weeks compared to a dummy pill.
For: Resistant hypertension (rHTN) defined as blood pressure that remains higher than goal levels despite the use of at least 3 anti hypertensive drugs of different classes at maximum tolerated dose · including a diuretic.Bulgaria · Spain · Slovakia - RecruitingPHASE2
A Phase IIb Study to Evaluate the Effect of Dapagliflozin in Combination With Baxdrostat Compared With Baxdrostat on Albuminuria in Participants With Chronic Kidney Disease and High Blood Pressure.
This study looks at a new combination of two medicines, baxdrostat and dapagliflozin, for people with lasting kidney disease and high blood pressure. We want to see if this combination can lower a protein called albumin in the urine, which is a sign of kidney damage.

This study is testing a new drug called Baxdrostat for people whose high blood pressure isn't controlled by their current medicines. It aims to see if Baxdrostat helps lower blood pressure and if it's safe to use, compared to a dummy pill.
