ID93/GLA-SE Vaccination + BCG Challenge
This study is testing a new tuberculosis (TB) vaccine, ID93/GLA-SE, to see if it's safe and helps the body's immune system. Participants will receive the vaccine and then a very small amount of a weakened TB-like bacteria (BCG) through a vape. Researchers want to see how their bodies react.

BCG Revaccination Study in Diabetic and Non-Diabetic Adults
This study looks at how to make the BCG vaccine for tuberculosis (TB) work better. We want to see if breathing it in works better than injections. We are also checking if there are differences in how people with and without Type 2 Diabetes respond to the vaccine.
