A Study of TAR-200 in Combination With Cetrelimab or TAR-200 Alone Versus Intravesical Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) in Participants With BCG-naïve High-risk Non-muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer (HR-NMIBC)

This study looks at new treatments for a type of bladder cancer that hasn't spread into the muscle. It compares new drugs, TAR-200 (alone or with Cetrelimab), against the usual treatment, BCG, to see which works best and is safest.
