A Phase 2, Multi-Center, Randomized, Open-Label Trial of BDC-1001 as Single Agent and in Combination with Pertuzumab in Subjects with Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2–Positive Metastatic Breast Cancer Previously Treated with Trastuzumab Deruxtecan
This study is testing a new medicine, BDC-1001, for advanced breast cancer that has spread. It's for people whose cancer has a specific marker called HER2. We want to see how well BDC-1001 works alone and with another drug, pertuzumab.

Phase 1/2 Study of BDC-1001 as a Single Agent and in Combination with Nivolumab in Patients with Advanced HER2-Expressing Solid Tumors
This study is testing a new drug called BDC-1001, both on its own and with another medicine called Nivolumab. It's for adults with advanced cancers that have a specific marker called HER2. The main goal is to see if these treatments are safe and what side effects they might cause.
