A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-Blind Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of MK-0616 Compared With Ezetimibe or Bempedoic Acid or Ezetimibe and Bempedoic Acid in Adults With Hypercholesterolemia
This study is testing a new medicine, MK-0616, to see if it can help lower high cholesterol as well as or better than existing treatments. We're looking at how much 'bad' cholesterol (LDL-C) goes down and if the new medicine is safe for people with high cholesterol.

A randomized, multicenter, open-label trial comparing the effectiveness of Inclisiran to bempedoic acid on LDL cholesterol (LDL-C) lowering in participants with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (VICTORION-CHALLENGE)
This study, called VICTORION-CHALLENGE, is comparing two medicines, Inclisiran and Bempedoic acid, to see which one is better at lowering 'bad' cholesterol (LDL-C) in people who have had heart or circulation problems. We want to find out how much they can reduce cholesterol after about five months.

Randomized clinical trial to assess the efficacy and safety of a strategy for primary prevention of cardiovascular disease in patients with inflammatory rheumatic diseases based on the use of carotid ultrasound.
This study looks at how different medicines might prevent heart problems and strokes in people with long-term inflammatory conditions like rheumatoid arthritis. It checks if using a neck scan (carotid ultrasound) helps guide treatment to keep your heart healthy.
