This study compares two cholesterol-lowering medicines, obicetrapib and bempedoic acid, in adults with high cholesterol or mixed dyslipidemia. It looks at how well they reduce 'bad' cholesterol (LDL-C) and if they are safe, especially for people at higher risk of heart problems.
