A Phase 3, Randomized, Open Label Study to Compare Nivolumab plus Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) followed by Nivolumab plus Ipilimumab or Nivolumab plus CCRT Followed by Nivolumab vs CCRT followed by Durvalumab in Previously Untreated, Locally Advanced Nonsmall Cell Lung Cancer (LA NSCLC)
This study is looking at new ways to treat a type of lung cancer that hasn't spread widely. It compares standard treatments with new drug combinations to see if they can stop the cancer from growing for longer. It aims to find the best treatment for patients with this type of lung cancer.

INCMGA 0012-303: A Phase 3 Global, Multicenter, Double-Blind Randomized Study of Carboplatin-Paclitaxel With INCMGA00012 or Placebo in Participants With Inoperable Locally Recurrent or Metastatic Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Anal Canal Not Previously Treated With Systemic Chemotherapy (POD1UM-303/InterAACT 2)
This study is testing a new medicine, retifanlimab, alongside standard chemotherapy for anal canal cancer that has spread or come back. Researchers want to see if this new combination helps patients live longer without their cancer getting worse, compared to chemotherapy alone.

A Randomized, Double Blind, Phase 3 Study of Platinum-Based Chemotherapy With or Without INCMGA00012 in First-Line Metastatic Squamous and Nonsquamous Non–Small Cell Lung Cancer (POD1UM-304)
This study looks at a new drug, retifanlimab, alongside standard chemotherapy for advanced lung cancer. It aims to see if adding retifanlimab helps people live longer and if it's safe. It's for adults with specific types of non-small cell lung cancer that has spread.

Randomized, Open-Label, Phase 3 Trial of Nivolumab plus Ipilimumab or Nivolumab plus Platinum-Doublet Chemotherapy versus Platinum-Doublet Chemotherapy in Early Stage NSCLC
This study looks at new ways to treat early-stage lung cancer. It compares standard chemotherapy with treatments that combine chemotherapy with new medicines called nivolumab and ipilimumab, to see if they work better at stopping the cancer from returning.
