A Multicenter, Open-Label Study with a Randomized Control Arm of the Efficacy, Safety, and Pharmacokinetics of Intravenously Infused Berubicin in Adult Patients with Recurrent Glioblastoma Multiforme (WHO Grade IV) After Failure of Standard First Line Therapy
This study is testing a new medicine called berubicin for adults with a serious type of brain tumour called glioblastoma, which has come back after standard treatments. We want to see if it helps people live longer and if it's safe.

Evaluation of the safety and efficacy of Berubicin in the treatment of central nervous system lymphomas- BERUBICIN
This study is testing a new medicine called Berubicin for a type of cancer affecting the brain and spinal cord, called CNS lymphoma. Researchers want to see if it's safe, how much to give, and if it helps people live longer and stops the cancer from growing.
