Impact of Beta-glucan Supplementation During Calorie and Carbohydrate-restricted Diet on Body Weight and Body Fat Loss, Appetite, and Gastrointestinal Appetite Hormones.

This study looks at how a natural fiber called beta-glucan, combined with a special diet, helps women who are overweight or obese lose weight and body fat. It also checks if it helps manage hunger hormones. Women will be split into two groups, either getting beta-glucan or a dummy pill.
