Early ablation of atrial fibrillation in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
This study looks at treating an irregular heartbeat called atrial fibrillation (AF) early in people with a heart condition called hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). It's trying to find out if early treatment of AF helps prevent serious health issues like stroke or further heart problems.
