Study to Determine if BHV-7000 is Effective and Safe in Adults With Refractory Focal Onset Epilepsy

This study is testing a new medicine, BHV-7000, for people aged 18 and over who have a type of epilepsy called idiopathic generalised epilepsy with tonic-clonic seizures. Doctors want to see if the medicine can reduce these seizures and if it's safe to use.

Long-term Safety and Tolerability of BHV-7000
