Study to Evaluate Efficacy and Safety of Romosozumab Compared With Bisphosphonates in Children and Adolescents With Osteogenesis Imperfecta

This study is looking at a new medicine called romosozumab for children and teenagers aged 5-17 with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (brittle bone disease). It wants to see if romosozumab is better than existing bisphosphonate medicines at preventing broken bones and improving bone strength over 12 months.
