HD21 for advanced stages - Treatment optimization trial in the first-line treatment of advanced stage Hodgkin lymphoma; comparison of 4-6 cycles of escalated BEACOPP with 4-6 cycles of BrECADD
This study compares two common treatments for advanced Hodgkin lymphoma (a type of cancer). It looks at how well they work, their side effects, and their impact on quality of life, especially for older patients.

Active Surveillance, Bleomycin, Etoposide, Carboplatin or Cisplatin in Treating Pediatric and Adult Patients With Germ Cell Tumors
This study looks at how best to treat a type of cancer called germ cell tumours in children and adults. It compares simply watching the tumour after surgery with different chemotherapy treatments to see which works best and causes fewer side effects.
