Study Comparing Blinatumomab Alternating With Low-intensity Chemotherapy Versus Standard of Care Chemotherapy for Older Adults With Newly Diagnosed Philadelphia-negative B-cell Precursor Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
This study looks at a new way to treat a type of leukaemia (blood cancer) called B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) in older adults. It compares a drug called Blinatumomab combined with gentler chemotherapy against the usual chemotherapy treatment to see which works best.

A Phase 2 Master Protocol Assessing Inebilizumab and Blinatumomab in Autoimmune Diseases
This study looks at new treatments (inebilizumab and blinatumomab) for people with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) and Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). It mainly checks how safe these medicines are and if they help reduce symptoms of these conditions.

A Treatment Study Protocol for Participants 0-45 Years With Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia
This study, called ALLTogether, is for children and young adults aged 0-45 with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL). It aims to improve survival and reduce side effects by combining the best treatments from several countries and testing new approaches.
