RNASARC - Molecular Screening Program of Soft Tissue Sarcomas With Complex Genomic Profile to Detect NTRK1/2/3, ROS1 or ALK Gene Fusions.
This study looks for specific gene changes (NTRK, ROS1, ALK fusions) in soft tissue sarcomas. We check tumour samples for these changes using special tests. Finding these changes helps us guide patients to suitable treatments, potentially including a drug called entrectinib.
