Prospective Cohort for Early Detection of Liver Cancer
This study aims to find better ways to detect liver cancer early in people with liver scarring (cirrhosis). Researchers will collect samples and information from 3000 volunteers to develop new, more effective tests.

The Detection of Small Early Liver Cancer With Natural History Follow up
The SELINA study aims to find better ways to detect early liver cancer in people with and without liver scarring (cirrhosis). We hope to improve survival by finding the cancer sooner. Participants will provide samples and some will have extra scans.
