Eosinopenia in Severe COPD Exacerbation

This study looks at how a type of white blood cell, called eosinophils, changes in people with severe COPD flare-ups. We want to find out why some people have low levels of these cells when they're admitted to hospital, and how long it takes for these levels to return to normal.
