A Clinical Study of the Anti-cancer Effects of an Investigational Therapy or Chemotherapy in Patients With Recurring Uterine Cancer

This study is looking at a new treatment (BNT323) for women with advanced womb cancer that has come back. It compares BNT323 to standard chemotherapy to see if it works better at shrinking tumours and keeping the cancer from growing.
