VASCULAR AND RENAL IMPACT OF ENDOTHELIN-1 RECEPTOR BLOCKADE IN PATIENTS WITH UNCONTROLLED ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION - ENDOTHELIN-2

This study is looking at a new way to treat high blood pressure that isn't controlled by usual medicines. It will test a drug called bosentan to see if it helps blood vessels relax and improves blood flow over 8 weeks.
