This study is testing different new drug combinations with pembrolizumab and chemotherapy for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who haven't had treatment yet. It's looking at how well the new combinations shrink tumors and if they have side effects.

This study is looking for better ways to treat advanced lung cancer that has not responded to previous treatments. It checks how well new medicines work with or without standard therapy, hoping to shrink tumours.
