A Study of Oral Asciminib Versus Other TKIs in Adult Patients With Newly Diagnosed Ph+ CML-CP
This study looks at a new medicine called asciminib for adults with a type of blood cancer called CML. Researchers want to see if it works better than other standard CML treatments. It's for people recently diagnosed who haven't had treatment yet.

Asciminib Roll-over Study
This study is for people who have already been taking a medicine called asciminib (or similar drugs) in a Novartis study for a type of blood cancer called CML. It allows them to keep taking the medicine if their doctor thinks it's still helping them.
