Botulinum Toxin Type A Blockade of the Sphenopalatine Ganglion in Treatment-refractory Chronic Cluster Headache
This study looks at a new way to treat very bad headaches called 'cluster headaches.' We're testing if injecting a medicine called botulinum toxin (similar to Botox) near a special nerve in the face can help stop these painful attacks when other treatments haven't worked.
