Safety and Efficacy of IMC-F106C as a Single Agent and in Combination With Checkpoint Inhibitors
This study is testing a new medicine called brenetafusp for people with certain advanced solid cancers that haven't responded to other treatments. It checks how safe and effective brenetafusp is, both alone and with other common cancer drugs.

IMC-F106C Regimen Versus Nivolumab Regimens in Previously Untreated Advanced Melanoma (PRISM-MEL-301)
This study is looking into a new treatment called brenetafusp, combined with nivolumab, for advanced melanoma. We're comparing it to current standard nivolumab treatments to see if it works better for people in the UK whose melanoma hasn't been treated before.
