A Randomized, Double-blind, Double Placebo-controlled, 4-Period Crossover Study to Evaluate the Central Nervous System Pharmacodynamic Activity of Brexanolone Using Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in Healthy Male Participants

This study is looking at how a new medicine, brexanolone, affects the brain activity of healthy men. We're using a special brain scan called TMS to see how the medicine changes the way nerve cells in the brain work, compared to a common calming medicine and dummy pills.
