The BURAN Study of Buparlisib (AN2025) In Combination with Paclitaxel Compared to Paclitaxel Alone, in Patients with Recurrent or Metastatic Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma

This study is looking at a new drug called Buparlisib, combined with a standard chemotherapy drug, Paclitaxel. It's for people with a type of head and neck cancer that has come back or spread. Researchers want to see if this combination helps people live longer compared to Paclitaxel alone.
