A randomized, open-label, Phase III trial to assess the efficacy and safety of BupiZenge compared to lidocaine for pain associated with oral mucositis in head and neck cancer

This study is looking at a new lozenge, BupiZenge, to see if it's better than standard medicine (lidocaine) at reducing mouth pain for people with head and neck cancer. This pain, called oral mucositis, can be very uncomfortable during and after radiotherapy.
