Substudy 01A: Safety and Efficacy of Opevesostat (MK-5684)-Based Treatment Combinations or Opevesostat Alone in Participants With Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC) (MK-5684-01A)
This study is testing new treatments for advanced prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to hormone therapy. It aims to see how safe and effective a new drug, Opevesostat, is when given alone or with other medicines to men with this condition.

AZD2265 Compared With Standard of Care in PSMA-positive Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer (VECTRA-01)
This study is testing a new drug, AZD2265, for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to standard hormone therapy. We want to see if AZD2265 works better than current treatments at slowing down cancer growth and helping men live longer.

A Study of Xaluritamig Plus Abiraterone Versus Investigator's Choice in Participants With Chemotherapy-naïve Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer
This study is looking at a new treatment, Xaluritamig, combined with Abiraterone, for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to hormone therapy. It compares this combination to standard treatments to see if it helps men live longer.

Phase 3 Study of Xaluritamig vs Cabazitaxel or Second Androgen Receptor-Directed Therapy in Participants With Progressive Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer (XALute)
This study is looking at a new medicine called Xaluritamig for men with advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to standard hormone therapy. It compares Xaluritamig to existing treatments like Cabazitaxel or other hormone therapies, to see which is more effective at helping men live longer.
