This study is for women with advanced ovarian (or related) cancer that has come back and isn't responding to platinum-based chemotherapy. Researchers are comparing a new treatment called Luveltamab Tazevibulin with standard chemotherapy to see if it works better and is safe.

This study is looking at a new medicine called farletuzumab ecteribulin for women with ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer that hasn't responded to previous platinum-based chemotherapy. Researchers want to see if this new drug shrinks tumours or stops them growing compared to standard treatments.

This study, called MIRASOL, is testing a new drug, Mirvetuximab Soravtansine, against standard chemotherapy for advanced ovarian, peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancers that are resistant to platinum-based treatments and have high folate receptor-alpha.

A prospective, open-label, randomized, multicenter phase-III trial to evaluate the efficacy of pirtobrutinib and epcoritamab compared with R-(mini)-CHOP for treatment of patients with Richter Transformation - CLLRT2
This study compares new drug combinations (pirtobrutinib and epcoritamab) with standard treatment for a type of lymphoma called Richter Transformation. It aims to see if the new treatments stop the cancer from growing for longer. Participants will get either the new drugs or standard chemotherapy.
