A Study of Camizestrant in ER+/HER2- Early Breast Cancer After at Least 2 Years of Standard Adjuvant Endocrine Therapy
This study is testing a new drug, camizestrant, for early breast cancer that's hormone-sensitive. We want to see if it works better than standard hormone therapy in reducing the risk of cancer coming back, for people who have already had initial treatment.

An Adjuvant Endocrine-based Therapy Study of Camizestrant (AZD9833) in ER+/HER2- Early Breast Cancer (CAMBRIA-2)
This study is looking at a new drug, camizestrant, for people with a common type of early breast cancer. It aims to see if camizestrant, compared to usual hormone therapy, can better prevent the cancer from coming back.

This study looks at new drug combinations for advanced breast cancer. It compares saruparib and camizestrant with common existing treatments to see which works best for people with specific genetic changes (BRCA1, BRCA2, or PALB2m) in their cancer.
