A randomized phase III trial of short-course versus long-course pre-operative chemotherapy with mFOLFIRINOX or PAXG regimen for stage I-III pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC)

This study looks at different ways to give chemotherapy before surgery for pancreatic cancer. We want to see if a shorter or longer course of treatment works better in helping people live longer and preventing the cancer from growing.
