A Study of Neoadjuvant Dostarlimab Plus Capecitabine Plus Oxaliplatin (CAPEOX) Vs CAPEOX With Previously Untreated T4N0 or Stage III Mismatch Repair Proficient (MMRp)/Microsatellite Stable (MSS) Colon Cancer
This study is testing a new combination treatment for colon cancer before surgery. It combines a new drug, dostarlimab, with standard chemotherapy (CAPEOX) to see if it works better than chemotherapy alone for a specific type of colon cancer.

Study of Perioperative Dostarlimab in Participants With Untreated T4N0 or Stage III dMMR/MSI-H Resectable Colon Cancer
This study looks at a new treatment called dostarlimab for certain types of colon cancer that haven't spread. It compares dostarlimab with standard treatments to see if it works better before and after surgery to help patients.
