A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of Pumitamig in Combination With Chemotherapy Versus Bevacizumab in Combination With Chemotherapy in Participants With Previously Untreated, Unresectable, or Metastatic Colorectal Cancer
This study is looking at a new treatment called pumitamig, combined with chemotherapy, for people with advanced bowel cancer that hasn't been treated before. It's being compared to a standard treatment, bevacizumab with chemotherapy, to see which is safer and more effective.

A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of Pumitamig in Combination With Chemotherapy Versus Nivolumab in Combination With Chemotherapy in Participants With Previously Untreated Advanced or Metastatic Gastric, Gastroesophageal Junction, or Esophageal Adenocarcinoma (ROSETTA Gastric-204)
This study looks at new drug Pumitamig with chemotherapy, or Nivolumab with chemotherapy, for advanced stomach, gastroesophageal junction, or oesophageal cancer. It aims to see how safe and effective these combinations are for people who haven't had treatment for their advanced cancer.
