Clemastine fumarate as remyelinating treatment in internuclear ophthalmoparesis and multiple sclerosis (RESTORE)

This study looks at a medicine called clemastine to see if it can help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) or a related eye problem called internuclear ophthalmoparesis. It's a late-stage trial, aiming to confirm if the treatment works by improving eye movement over 6 months and beyond.
