This study is looking at new ways to treat a type of lung cancer that hasn't spread widely. It compares standard treatments with new drug combinations to see if they can stop the cancer from growing for longer. It aims to find the best treatment for patients with this type of lung cancer.

Durvalumab (MEDI4736) in combination with consolidative radiochemotherapy and ablative stereotactic radiotherapy in extensive stage SCLC
This study is looking at a new way to treat an advanced type of lung cancer called extensive stage small cell lung cancer. It combines standard treatments like chemotherapy and radiotherapy with a new drug called Durvalumab (Imfinzi) to see if it can stop the cancer from growing for longer.

This study is looking at new ways to treat bladder cancer that has spread or can't be removed with surgery. It compares a new combination of medicines with standard chemotherapy to see which works best at helping people live longer. Participants will be randomly assigned to different treatment groups.
