The Next Leap in Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging:Cycling the Field
This study is developing a new, improved MRI scanner to get more detailed pictures of the heart. Researchers want to see if this new technology can spot differences in heart tissue after a heart attack, helping us understand heart health better.

PRIMARY Ancillary Substudy
This study looks at how different heart operations (repair vs. clip) affect your heart if you have a leaky heart valve (mitral valve prolapse). It uses scans and monitoring to understand why some people get heart rhythm problems and aims to find the best treatment for different patients.
