Stratification and Treatment in Early Psychosis Study -ASSIST
This study looks at whether adding a medicine called CBD to standard clozapine treatment helps people with tough-to-treat psychosis feel better. It also checks if CBD is safe. Participants will get either CBD or a dummy pill and continue their usual care.

Stratification and Treatment in Early Psychosis Study - ENHANCE
This study looks at adding CBD oil to usual treatment for young people (16-40) experiencing their first episode of psychosis, who haven't fully improved yet. We want to see if CBD helps and is safe, compared to a dummy treatment.
