The Effect of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) in Smokers Failing a Smoking Cessation Program

This study looks at a new way, called Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), to help people who have struggled to quit smoking with the NHS stop smoking service. It aims to see if EFT can help those with strong cravings or anxiety finally stop smoking for good.
