CDK4/6 Inhibitor clinical trials

Fulvestrant, Ipatasertib and CDK4/6 Inhibition in Metastatic ER+/HER2- Breast Cancer Patients Without ctDNA Suppression

This study looks at adding a new drug, ipatasertib, to standard treatment for advanced breast cancer that hasn't responded well to initial therapy. It uses a blood test to identify patients who might benefit most from this additional treatment.
