Cetrelimab and Erdafitinib combination clinical trials

Erdafitinib Monotherapy or in Combination With Cetrelimab in Muscle-invasive Bladder Cancer Patients With Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor (FGFR ) Gene Alterations

This study looks at new treatments for a type of bladder cancer that has spread into the muscle. It tests a drug called erdafitinib, either on its own or with another drug called cetrelimab, before surgery. It's for people whose cancer has a specific gene change and can't have standard chemotherapy.
