Study of ORIC-114 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors Harboring an EGFR or HER2 Alteration

This study is testing a new drug, ORIC-114, for people with advanced cancers that have specific changes in their EGFR or HER2 genes. It's looking at how safe the drug is, the best dose, and if it can shrink tumours, either alone or with chemotherapy.
