Chemotherapy: Pemetrexed clinical trials

A Study of Amivantamab in Combination With Lazertinib, or Amivantamab in Combination With Platinum-Based Chemotherapy, for Common Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR)-Mutated Locally Advanced or Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

This study looks at new ways to treat advanced lung cancer that has a specific genetic change (EGFR mutation). It tests combinations of new drugs, amivantamab and lazertinib, or amivantamab with standard chemotherapy, to see how well they work.
