A Study of the Combination of Ibrutinib Plus Venetoclax Versus Chlorambucil Plus Obinutuzumab for the First-line Treatment of Participants With Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)/Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL)
This study is looking at two different medicine combinations for people with a type of blood cancer called chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). We want to see if a newer treatment works better at stopping the cancer from growing.

This study is looking at a new way to treat a type of cancer called MALT lymphoma. It combines two medicines, chlorambucil and rituximab, given in a drip and under the skin, to see how well they work together and if they cause many side effects.
