A Study Comparing JNJ-68284528, a CAR-T Therapy Directed Against B-cell Maturation Antigen (BCMA), Versus Pomalidomide, Bortezomib and Dexamethasone (PVd) or Daratumumab, Pomalidomide and Dexamethasone (DPd) in Participants With Relapsed and Lenalidomide-Refractory Multiple Myeloma
This study compares a new cell therapy (Cilta-cel) with standard treatments for multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. It's for people whose cancer has returned or isn't responding to their current medicine, especially lenalidomide, to see if the new treatment works better.

A Study of Bortezomib, Lenalidomide and Dexamethasone (VRd) Followed by Cilta-cel, a CAR-T Therapy Directed Against BCMA Versus VRd Followed by Lenalidomide and Dexamethasone (Rd) Therapy in Participants With Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma for Whom ASCT is Not Planned as Initial Therapy
This study looks at new treatments for multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. It compares a standard treatment plus a new cell therapy called cilta-cel, against the standard treatment alone, for people newly diagnosed who aren't having a stem cell transplant initially.

A Study of Daratumumab, Bortezomib, Lenalidomide and Dexamethasone (DVRd) Followed by Ciltacabtagene Autoleucel Versus Daratumumab, Bortezomib, Lenalidomide and Dexamethasone (DVRd) Followed by Autologous Stem Cell Transplant (ASCT) in Participants With Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma
This study compares two treatments for newly diagnosed multiple myeloma. One treatment uses a drug combination followed by a cell therapy (Cilta-cel). The other uses the same drug combination followed by a stem cell transplant. The aim is to see which works best.
