The Effect of a Six Week Intensified Pharmacological Treatment for Schizophrenia Compared to Treatment as Usual in Subjects Who Had a First-time Treatment Failure on Their First-line Treatment.
This study looks at whether giving an established medication called clozapine earlier to people with schizophrenia, who haven't responded to their first treatment, works better than standard treatments. It aims to see if starting clozapine sooner can prevent more problems.
