Effectiveness of CAT-GSH for Returning Patients

This study looks at two types of guided self-help therapy for people who have had anxiety or low mood before and are returning to NHS Talking Therapies. It compares CAT-GSH with CBT-GSH to see which works best and is preferred for those coming back for more support.
